By accessing this Website or making a booking, we assume you accept these Terms and Conditions. Do not continue to use YosemiteCabinRentals if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements:
“Client”, “You”, and “Your” refers to the user accessing this Website and/or making a reservation.
“The Company”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” refers to YosemiteCabinRentals, managed by The JAR Group Inc.
“Property” refers to any short-term rental listing operated under YosemiteCabinRentals, including El Capitan Hideaway and Half Dome Haven.
“Parties” refers to both the Client and the Company.
USE OF THE WEBSITE
Unless otherwise stated, YosemiteCabinRentals and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this Website.
All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this Website for your own personal and non-commercial use, subject to the restrictions set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
You must not:
• Republish material from YosemiteCabinRentals
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from YosemiteCabinRentals
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from YosemiteCabinRentals
• Redistribute content from YosemiteCabinRentals
This Agreement shall begin on the date you access the Website.
BOOKINGS AND RESERVATIONS
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
By making a booking, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
The person making the reservation is financially responsible for all occupants and for compliance with house rules, occupancy limits, and local regulations.
PAYMENTS
Payment terms, including deposits and balances, are displayed at the time of booking.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. YosemiteCabinRentals does not store full credit card details.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation policies vary by listing and booking terms and are clearly disclosed at the time of reservation.
By completing a booking, you agree to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the selected cancellation policy and may be subject to processing fees.
No refunds will be issued for:
• Early departures
• Weather conditions
• Road closures
• Utility interruptions beyond our control
• Acts of nature or force majeure events unless explicitly stated otherwise in the booking terms
NO-SHOWS
Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and may result in forfeiture of the full reservation amount.
CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
By making a reservation, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting YosemiteCabinRentals to attempt resolution.
Unauthorized or improper chargebacks may be considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to:
• Provide booking confirmations, policies, communications, surveillance disclosures, and signed agreements as evidence to dispute chargebacks
• Recover any fees, penalties, or administrative costs incurred due to chargebacks or disputes
• Deny future bookings to users who initiate fraudulent or abusive disputes
Chargebacks related to dissatisfaction, weather, location, house rules, or disclosed policies are not considered valid reasons for reversal of charges.
GUEST CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Guests agree to:
• Follow all house rules provided prior to and during the stay
• Respect neighbors, community rules, and quiet hours
• Use the Property for lawful purposes only
We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund for violations including, but not limited to:
• Excess occupancy
• Parties or events
• Property damage
• Illegal activity
• Disturbance to neighbors
COMMENTS AND USER CONTENT
Parts of this Website may allow users to post comments or feedback.
YosemiteCabinRentals does not pre-screen comments and is not responsible for opinions expressed by users.
You warrant that:
• You have the right to post such content

PROPERTY-SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
YosemiteCabinRentals operates multiple listings located in Yosemite West, within Yosemite National Park, a mountain and wilderness environment where guests must exercise appropriate caution at all times.
Half Dome Haven
Half Dome Haven is a studio-style accommodation located in Yosemite West within Yosemite National Park. Guests acknowledge that mountain terrain, weather conditions, snow, ice, uneven ground, and natural surroundings are inherent to the area.
El Capitan Hideaway (3 Bed / 2 Bath Cabin)
El Capitan Hideaway is a multi-level cabin with stairs required for access and interior movement. Guests acknowledge and accept that stairways are part of the structure and use of the property.
STAIRS, SNOW, AND MOUNTAIN CONDITIONS
Guests understand and agree that:
• Stairways, walkways, and exterior paths may be exposed to snow, ice, rain, mud, or other natural conditions
• Yosemite West is a mountain environment where weather can change rapidly
• Slips, trips, and falls are inherent risks in mountain and winter conditions
We make reasonable and good-faith efforts to keep stairs and primary access paths clear of snow and ice prior to check-in and on a scheduled basis, weather permitting. However, continuous clearing cannot be guaranteed due to changing conditions, snowfall, and safety limitations.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By booking and staying at either Half Dome Haven or El Capitan Hideaway, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with:
• Use of stairs, walkways, and exterior access areas
• Slips, trips, falls, or climbing-related incidents
• Snow, ice, wet surfaces, uneven terrain, and natural mountain conditions
• Weather-related hazards common to Yosemite National Park
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YosemiteCabinRentals, The JAR Group Inc., and the property owner do not assume liability for injuries, accidents, falls, or damages resulting from the use of stairs, walking surfaces, or natural environmental conditions.
Guests are responsible for exercising reasonable care, wearing appropriate footwear, supervising children, assisting elderly or mobility-impaired individuals, and determining whether the property is suitable for their needs.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge that they understand the nature of the properties, including the presence of stairs and mountain conditions, and agree that personal safety is their responsibility during the stay.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY (STRICT)
All reservations made through YosemiteCabinRentals are subject to a STRICT cancellation policy unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
By completing a reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the following cancellation and refund terms.
HYPERLINKING TO OUR WEBSITE
Government agencies, search engines, news organizations, and online directories may link to our Website without prior written approval, provided the link is not misleading or falsely implies endorsement.
Other organizations may request approval to link by contacting us via email.
Use of YosemiteCabinRentals logos or branding for linking purposes is prohibited without written permission.
IFRAMES
